Great location in the heart of the city, just steps away from the main square and close to convenience stores, bars, and restaurants. The room was large and comfortable with high ceilings, hardwood floors, and big windows. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean with a heated towel rack.

The lack of an elevator was inconvenient, especially since we were on the 3rd floor. The noise from the kitchen area and street could be bothersome, although closing the windows helped block out some of the noise.

it gives you the original atmosphere of the city since you are in an appartment.

All the rooms were huge and big with high ceiling. Location was marvellous, especially for visiting Main Market Square, located not too far from the venue.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is right beside the Old Town Square. This means that it is so easy to walk everywhere or catch a tram to explore the city. the room itself is spacious, clean, and comfortable, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. the service provided by the staff is pleasant and helpful, ensuring that guests have a pleasant stay. the breakfast served in the morning is delicious and offers a variety of options to choose from.

One downside is that there is no elevator in the hotel, which can be challenging for those with mobility issues or who are carrying heavy luggage.

No tea of coffee (but this is a very minor thing given the price) and also rather noisy at night until 1am ish.

We had a fantastic stay at Nordic House! The location couldn't have been better, just a stone's throw away from the main square. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a modern shower and toilet. Despite being in the heart of the city, we didn't find the noise to be bothersome. The hotel staff were friendly and went out of their way to assist us. The breakfast, although served in a basement location, was delicious and satisfying. We were even allowed to check out later and leave our luggage, which saved us a lot of hassle. I highly recommend this hotel for its sensational location and excellent service.

Rooms have kettle and cups in the room but no tea or coffe supplied, would have been a nice touch.

We stayed at Nordic House for a few nights during our visit. The room was spacious and bright, with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom. Checking in was easy, as we were given codes to get our keys. The hotel is located just a stone's throw away from the main square, which was perfect for exploring. The breakfast was delicious and always fresh, with everything set up on our table. We would definitely book again.

The apartment was excellent with location near to the Nordic House Apartments as well as the old market and nearby the castle. It was amazing next to the main square. Having a walk-in shower was great.

The location of Nordic House Apartments made our stay in Krakow so easy. Right in the centre of the old town. The staff were very freindly and helpful and we would love to stay there again if we are lucky enough to return to Krakow in the future.

The value for our money at Nordic House was exceptional, with a clean and spacious room. The location was perfect, just a minute's walk to the main market square. The staff treated us amazingly well and even brought breakfast to our room on New Year's Day before we left for the airport.
